Delicious food, warm service and a dining experience to remember

The Amici Miei team has been in development for a long time, but a winning combination has finally been achieved, with husband and wife management team Paris and Anthea Hollywood and Chef Brad Hooper the nucleus of what is promising to be the food revolution of Burleigh.

Brad is a highly experienced, professional and enthusiastic chef, and loves to create dishes that challenge diners. He has worked in many successful Gold Coast restaurants, throughout Sydney and a highly sought after position in Taiwan. Brad’s work is characterised by attention to detail, creativity, and a solid grounding in the more classical dishes.

Amici miei’s hosts are newly married couple, Anthea & Paris Hollywood. After backpacking through Europe where they were engaged in a Slovenian mountain village, they were married in November 2006. Both have extensive experience in all aspects of the hospitality industry and love working together on their first joint venture.

Along with staff Jenna, James, and Amy we have a very happy team at amici miei, and together we are dedicated to making each and every customer feel happy.
